As Kevin prepares to attend Book Expo America 2012 next week, he and Lizzy give some advice on what not to do when meeting your favorite authors. :)

My favorite part is at 2:49:

Another thing that people get hung up on is the pronunciation of some authors’ names. If you’re not sure how to say it, just ask them…YO CHAY-BONE!

Not to pick a chay-bone with this, but Chabon is pronounced shay-bon, with the emphasis on the first syllable and a long a. I learned this the hard way.

Oh no, and now I’ve learned the hard way too! Embarrassing- but thanks, Harper! I won’t get it wrong again (especially if I ever meet him)! -Lizzy
